Hernando Beach Coast Guard Auxiliary, 4340 Calienta Street, Hernando Beach. This beginner program will teach safe boating practices, use of safety equipment, navigation and Florida law. Completion of the course satisfies the requirement for a Florida Boating Safety ID. The fee is $35.00 per person and includes the text materials. Registration starts one hour before the first class.
